I’m attempting to get a parking ticket dropped. It’s a fight I can’t win but I can ask for a waiver based on having a ‘very low income’. I must fill out a form about my income, monthly expenses and attach documents of proof. I plan to attached a stack of losing scratch it tickets with a note that explains that I lost everything I had in the market down at Wall st.
